#1. My pain free journey with pain journal

Today is my first day to write this pain journal 📔.

The reason I thought 💭 writing pain journal was good idea are

  • One of my favorite therapists Macey suggested
  • I started to understanding how beneficial for me to write to describe my days in my other journal “ Gratitude Journal “.

Overall, after Macey’s session as usual but specially today, I feel physically lighter and my pain is still in me but not big chunk in my left side if back .

This is why I love 💕 her session. Thank you 🙏 Macey.
